We’ve enhanced the prop trading ecosystem in our April release, introducing streamlined CRM functionality and user management tools. Key advancements include the “Prop Users” tab for in-depth client insights, secure session control via the “Logout From All Devices” feature and expanded promo code tracking. The update also brings detailed account failure snapshots for improved diagnostics and flexible risk management with optional Max Daily Loss settings. Additionally, the Social Trading experience has been refined with dynamic Take Profit and Maximal Loss adjustments for active subscriptions.
“Prop Users” Tab in CRM
The new “Prop Users” tab in the CRM displays a list of all users who have at least one prop account. This gives the Broker a centralised location to analyse the activity and value of clients using prop accounts. The tab includes the full history of purchased accounts, their statuses and data related to challenges, any add-ons and used promo codes.
Benefits:
- Effective user segmentation: Consolidating purchase and activity data in one place makes it possible to quickly create customer segments (e.g. based on number of accounts, most recent purchase or total fees paid).
- Comprehensive user insight: Enables a full view of the user journey—from account purchase to final status—which supports both customer service and behavioural analysis.
- Improved support handling: With access to account status history and the possibility to view a snapshot at the point of failure, the support team can more effectively analyse user reports and complaints.
- Transparent financial breakdown: Separating the base challenge fee from the actual amount paid by the user (including discounts and add-ons) allows for better financial management and commission verification.
Logout From All Devices
A new resource has been introduced in CRM user role management, giving full control over the “Logout From All Devices” button available at a user’s account level. This feature enables remote logout of a user from all active sessions. It can be used by support, compliance and system administration teams in cases of suspected unauthorised access or the need to force re-authentication.
Benefits:
- Supports quick and effective remote logout from all devices.
- Minimises abuse risk and enhances control over user sessions.
“Close All Positions” Endpoint
A new endpoint allows for the bulk closing of all positions for selected trading accounts.
Promo Codes & Add-Ons History
As part of the CRM’s expanded functionality, the “Promo Codes” and “Add-Ons” tabs now include a list of discount codes and add-ons used by users, along with the option to export this data to a CSV file.
Benefits:
- Transparency and full control: Admins gain instant visibility into the effectiveness of specific promotional campaigns and add-on usage.
- Operational and customer support: When users raise questions or manual verification is needed (e.g. referral commissions), the data is immediately accessible in the CRM.
- Marketing optimisation: By analysing actual usage of codes and add-ons, the marketing team can better tailor promotions and adjust offers to match customer preferences.
Account Failure Snapshot
To improve diagnostic tools and transparency around the status of prop and tournament accounts, a new feature was added to generate and display snapshots for failed accounts. When viewing a user’s details in the “Prop Users” tab, a “Failure Snapshot” field now appears in the trading accounts table. Snapshots are generated automatically when an account’s status changes to failed.
Benefits:
- Instant insights: Admins can immediately see why an account failed without needing to dig through logs or manually calculate parameters.
- Improved client communication: This helps in clarifying issues with users and resolving disputes more efficiently.
- Support efficiency: The support team can quickly identify which rule was breached and provide specific feedback to the user, speeding up ticket resolution.
Optional Max Daily Loss
We’ve added the possibility to set Max Daily Loss parameter as optional in challenges or tournaments. If no value is set, the system will treat it as non-applicable.
Benefits:
- More flexible offering: Prop Brokers can now create challenges with varying difficulty levels, better adapting to the needs of different user groups.
Withdrawals from Prop Accounts via CRM
CRM functionality now allows manual withdrawal initiation for prop trading accounts in the funded phase, directly from the CRM.
Benefits:
- Operational efficiency: Admins can quickly process withdrawals in response to tickets, manual adjustments, tests or procedural exceptions.
- Enhanced control: Manual withdrawal initiation gives more flexibility for handling special cases.
Editing Take Profit & Maximal Loss for Active Subscriptions
In the latest version of Social Trading, we’ve added the option to edit Take Profit and Maximal Loss settings for active Social Trading subscriptions.
Key changes:
In addition to the investment amount, users can now change the following thresholds at any time:
- Take Profit: the desired profit level
- Maximal Loss: the maximum acceptable loss
Benefits:
- Greater flexibility: Users can adjust subscription parameters dynamically based on Money Manager performance.
- Better risk management: The possibility to precisely define profit/loss limits improves investment control.
- Simplified experience: Changes can be made without canceling the subscription.
Single Position Risk
We’ve introduced automatic setting of Take Profit and Stop Loss on every position opened by the Money Manager on a subscriber’s account.
Benefits:
- Extra layer of risk management: Protects subscribers from unexpected Money Manager decisions.
- Flexible copying strategies: Allows individual risk settings per position.
- Automation and convenience: The system automatically safeguards each trade on the user’s behalf.
Example:
If a position has a margin of $100 and the user sets a 10% Take Profit, the system will automatically apply a TP = $10.
