Match-Trade Technologies has appointed Przemysław Wojtyna as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), establishing unified leadership over its combined sales and marketing operations. The role brings together previously independent commercial functions under a single strategic mandate, positioning the company to pursue coordinated growth across international markets.
Throughout its 13-year evolution, Match-Trade Technologies has developed well beyond a single-solution provider. While its various business lines frequently target the same client base, each maintains independent sales operations and requires distinct specialist expertise. “The Chief Commercial Officer steps in to strengthen group-level coordination and bring coherence to that complexity, helping us allocate sales and marketing resources more efficiently while aligning go-to-market execution to maximize profitability – so we can move faster, stay aligned, and remain at the top of the game,” said Michał Karczewski, CEO of Match-Trade Technologies.
Wojtyna brings substantial relevant experience to this position. Joining Match-Trade Technologies in October 2021, he has been central to several key company growth phases – from building the Cyprus market presence to developing its payments infrastructure offering, and, most recently, managing group sales. His tenure has successfully transformed the sales function into a genuinely global, locally enabled operation. Match-Trade Technologies established an additional office in Dubai and developed multilingual coverage spanning Arabic, Chinese, Hindi, Russian, and Spanish. Performance metrics demonstrate consistent progress: client onboarding has grown year-on-year, and 2026 momentum suggests record-breaking client acquisition volumes.
As CCO, Przemysław Wojtyna oversees both commercial and marketing operations spanning all business lines. “My role centers on building a sustainable foundation for expansion within each market segment. In the coming months, we’ll be introducing new commercial solutions and repositioning how our product portfolio addresses client requirements. Through close collaboration with our operational teams and strategic partners, we’ll align priorities, strengthen execution, and equip them with the right resources, improving commercial effectiveness and coordinating our market response,” he explained.
Wojtyna’s strategic framework prioritizes clients’ understanding of the value Match-Trade Technologies delivers across all commercial touchpoints – from positioning to product discussions. “Our competitive advantage comes from helping clients increase revenue through superior product capabilities, not aggressive selling. We’re committed to communicating that differentiation strategically and targeting the market segments most aligned with our offerings,” he concluded.
